Patricia Flanigan B.Sc. C.O.(c)
Patricia serves as one of two certified orthotists at Island Orthotics Inc. Victoria. She works closely with physicians and therapists in both clinic and office settings. Patricia graduated with a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics from Guelph University and continued on to complete the Clinical Methods in Prosthetics and Orthotics program at George Brown College in Toronto. Upon completing her internship program she underwent further examination and was awarded certification in Orthotics by the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetics and Orthotics (C.B.C.P.O.). Patricia continues to participate in continuing education courses and is actively involved in her provincial and national associations.

Because of her own requirements for orthotic devices Patricia has developed a sensitivity and personal understanding of the need for appropriate devices that meet the requirements of the patient as well as the physician.
